1. Consultation with the client
The consultant will discuss with the client to make an agreement about recruiting permanent staff. The client must provide position details, such as job title, job description, required skills, salary, workplace, no. of position, and related info. The consultant will use these details for candidates acquiring.
2. Candidate screening and listing (first screening)
After the consultant finishes to agree with the client, the consultant is going to seek candidates matching the requirements. The consultant must find the candidates about 3-4x of no. of position first, then listing the candidates and contact them at the next step. Don’t forget to send the list of candidates to the client.
3. Consultant candidates interviewing (second screening)
After the consultant got the list of candidates. It is the step to screening by calling candidates to have the mini-interview. After then, choose the best match candidates among the others (about 2x of no. of position). Lastly, contact the candidates for an interviewing appointment.
4. Client's candidates interviewing
After the screening section of the consultant. This process is for the client to interviewing screened candidates. The client will discuss and offer employment to the candidates, and the consultant will negotiate on behalf of candidates with the client about salary, working conditions, first working date, etc.
5. Client hiring
At this step, the client must make a decision of which candidates should be hired. Then the consultant will contact the selected candidate to arrange the date for the contract signing. After the candidate has signed the contract and start working with the client’s company, the employment process is about to end.
6. Consultant after service
After the ending of employment service, the consultant must follow-up the case by contacting the client and selected candidate to ask about the current condition, situation, feedback from the candidate about the workplace, and feedback from the client about the candidate’s performance. When there is any mistakes happen, the consultant should help them correct it instantly.
